All Sales Are Final. We suggest ordering fragrance samples prior to purchasing a full size. We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns on any products unless they were damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged or defective product take a photo and email it to us within 24 hours of receipt with a description. If we are responsible for the damage, we will replace and ship to you, your Ojai Wild item, free of charge. 

Shipments that have left our warehouse cannot be cancelled or refunded. All Discounted and Sale items are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
